ARINKO Studio, created by Airi Nishioka, is an independent graphic designer based in Vancouver. Her practice is rooted in designing experiences and creating visuals with simplicity and a touch of playfulness.
With a pursuit in communicating through various design mediums in both print and screen purposes, Airi experiments with alternative uses of materials including print media and softwares. Airi’s graphic design skills include layout design, web design, typography, and visual identity.
In her free time, Airi likes to cook and make zines with friends. She loves to learn new skills, from creative coding to print media techniques. Many of her visual inspiration comes from observations of elements and rhythms in the every day.
